This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you use the Service. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Service. INFORMATION WE COLLECT A. Information you provide Account information: email address, display name, password (stored as a one-way hash), and account settings. Support and communications: support tickets, emails, chat messages, and other correspondence. User content you transmit through the Service: prompts, commands, messages, and other content you choose to send using the Service. Workspace and collaboration data (if applicable): team/workspace identifiers, member names/emails, roles, and permissions. B. Information collected automatically Device and app information: device type, operating system, app version, language, time zone, and device identifiers. Push notification data: device tokens used to deliver notifications (Apple/Google). Usage and diagnostics: feature usage, performance metrics, crash reports, and logs. Network and connection data: IP address, session identifiers, timestamps, and connection metadata needed for real-time communication and troubleshooting. C. Operational data generated by the Service To provide relay and real-time features, the Service may process and temporarily store operational data such as: session state and routing metadata message delivery status and timestamps logs needed for reliability, debugging, security monitoring, and abuse prevention D. Information from third parties (if applicable) Single sign-on: if you sign in using a third-party identity provider, we receive identifiers needed to authenticate you. Payments: if you purchase a subscription, payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor. We receive limited billing information (such as subscription status and payment confirmation). We do not receive your full payment card number. HOW WE USE INFORMATION We use information to: Provide, maintain, and operate the Service. Authenticate users, manage accounts, and enforce access controls. INTERNATIONAL USERS If you use the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.
